Creating multiple pathways to possibilities for individuals with disabilities and their families.
The Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) oversees a statewide service delivery system designed to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families. APD provides assistance in identifying and addressing the service needs of individuals with disabilities and ensuring access to a comprehensive range of supports that promote well-being and quality of life. These supports can include social, medical, behavioral, residential, and therapeutic services. Floridians are able to access these services through multiple pathways that have been uniquely created to support individuals in need.
